Terms of Use

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using AI Coloring, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must create and supervise the account and accept these terms.

2. Your account

AI Coloring uses passwordless email codes. You are responsible for controlling access to your email account, reviewing remembered browser sessions, and promptly revoking sessions you do not recognize. Information you provide must be accurate and may not impersonate another person.

You may not sell, transfer, or share account access in a way that defeats security or credit controls.

3. The AI creative service

AI Coloring creates coloring pages from text descriptions and permitted photos using third-party artificial-intelligence models. AI results are probabilistic: they may vary, contain artifacts, misunderstand an instruction, or fail. We do not promise that a result will be unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Text generation currently uses one credit and photo transformation currently uses three credits. The applicable cost is shown before you start. A failed generation returns the reserved credits automatically when the failure is confirmed.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• break the law or facilitate harm, exploitation, harassment, fraud, or deception;
• infringe intellectual-property, publicity, privacy, or other rights;
• upload a photo or other content you are not authorized to process;
• create sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate content;
• probe, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, bypass security, manipulate credits, or disrupt the service;
• introduce malware or use automated access that we have not approved; or
• misrepresent AI-generated material in a way that unlawfully deceives others.

We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users or providers, respond to a valid legal request, or secure the service.

5. One-time credits, prices, and payment

Credit packs are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. Prices, currency, pack size, and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. Dodo Payments processes checkout and payment details; credits are added only after server-side confirmation of a completed payment.

Unused credits do not expire while the service and your account remain available. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and can be used only for eligible AI Coloring features. We may change the price or credit cost of future purchases or generations, but we will display the applicable amount before purchase or use.

Refunds, duplicate charges, failed delivery, and statutory cancellation rights are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Your content and generated results

You retain any rights you already hold in prompts and photos you submit. You grant AI Coloring and its service providers a limited, worldwide permission to host, copy, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the requested service.

As between you and AI Coloring, and to the extent permitted by law, you may use the generated results you receive. Rights in AI-generated output vary by jurisdiction and may also be affected by third-party rights and model-provider terms. We do not guarantee copyright protection, uniqueness, or freedom from third-party claims. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or commercial use.

7. Our service and intellectual property

The website, software, design, branding, and service materials—excluding your content and generated results—belong to AI Coloring or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of our software or brand.

8. Availability, changes, and termination

We may maintain, change, limit, or discontinue features. Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, provider queues, network failures, or events outside our reasonable control. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material or repeated violations, fraud, security risk, non-payment, or legal requirements.

If we permanently discontinue the paid service, treatment of unused credits will follow our commitments and applicable consumer law.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

To the extent permitted by law, AI Coloring is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, guarantees, or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of AI Coloring, without overriding mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. You may also have access to a local consumer authority or dispute-resolution process.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. The updated date above will identify the latest version. If a material change affects an existing paid service, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
